Paul Burton

LPaul began his career in High Street banking working for both Natwest and TSB banks. Since 1988 he has been involved in Sales. This initially involved him in telesales before he moved into the automotive sector. Much of this work has involved Paul in training and motivating others to help him achieve his goals. He has worked with Ford, Fiat, Honda, Vauxhall, Rover, Nissan and Toyota as well as many independent used car dealers. More recently Paul became involved in full time training roles, which led him to become a consultant 8 years ago.He is an Associate member of the CIPD, accredited Insights Practitioner and qualified coach.

Jules Burdett

Julie began her career in the public sector working across a wide range of disciplines but developed her training experience predominately within the Ministry of Defence and as an Associate Trainer for the Post Office. Julie has now moved into the public sector developing her experience in the progressive field of learning and development whilst working at Marston’s PLC. She is an Associate member of the CIPD, accredited Insights Practitioner and qualified coach.
